True healing is possible when all aspects of our life are brought into harmony. As a Doctor and a Chef, we both believe that our food choices create a solid foundation for a life of optimal health. When our basic needs for proper nutrition, adequate rest, and exercise are met, we can then experience deeper healing and in turn, a more vibrant life.

Modern medicine is finally grasping the importance our food choices have on our overall health. The most common major health challenges that we currently see can often be easily addressed with appropriate changes to our diet and lifestyle. From this simple yet powerful awareness, The Doctor and the Chef was born.

After traveling our own separate healing paths, we both came to a similar discovery. Each person is an individual and has their own unique needs. No one can do the work for you. The right information, support, and tools can help you get started in crafting your pathway from where you are to where you would like to be. We want to assist you in discovering what works best for you.

Learning which foods are important for your health is crucial. Knowing how to prepare that food and make it fun, interesting, and part of your daily life is what will create a lifetime of health and vitality for you to enjoy.

In a similar way, there is a lot of information out there on what lifestyle practices might be good for us. Yet to incorporate self care practices into our daily life is where true and lasting health comes in. Our goal is to simplify this process by providing you with a customized package filled with tools, information, recipes, and plenty of encouragement along the way!

How does this work?

Step 1: After payment is received, we will send you an optional health questionnaire via email to get us started. We will also give you the opportunity to schedule your Initial Interview.

Step 2: Initial Interview: The initial phone or Skype interview with Ashley Boudet, ND is a time for us to get to know you, your story, medical history, and what you are looking to achieve. We will discuss any obstacles you may have towards realizing your health goals and gather whatever information is needed to best support you. If you prefer an in-person initial interview, we will do our best to accommodate you. We want to make this as simple and convenient for you as possible.

Step 3: Within one week of your initial phone or Skype interview, you will receive your personalized naturopathic care package which may include lifestyle recommendations, educational information, herb and supplement suggestions, as well as recipes specifically formulated by Chef Mark Reinfeld to support you in achieving your health goals. The intention of this package is to get you started in creating your own daily self care routine.

Step 4: Within three to six weeks of receiving your Naturopathic Care Package, we will schedule your follow-up interview. This 30 minute phone or Skype interview will give us time to discuss your experience and offer continued support if necessary.

After this you will have the opportunity to participate in one of our monthly wellness plans. If you prefer, you may choose from one of our pre-made care packages. Although these will not include a consultation, they will include information and tips on establishing self-care practices.
